1.4 Warehouse Dispatch


FR18 - Transfer. Can the system link the customer order to a transfer request?

        Yes, the System can link the customer order to a transfer Request. I.e., the products for which the Sale Order has been created are in a different location, and can/will be transferred to the required location, and once a transfer order from the Sale order is created it shows the customer name and the Sale order # that will be linked to the Transfer order, as shown in the image below.

FR20 - Can the system assign the customer orders to the proper warehouse area based on where it will be prepared for shipment?

        Yes, the system can show the Bin location where the products are kept, in the warehouse area, from where the product will be shipped to the customer and this location will be seen on the customer's orders, as shown in the image below.

        When the Pick Ticket is printed out, it also shows the Bin location of the warehouse from where the product would be shipped to the customer.

FR21 - Can the system sort the orders based on the location of the product?


          Yes, the system can sort out the Orders based on the location of the product, when the report is pulled out, as seen below.

FR24 - Can the system deduct automatically the inventory the moment it is invoiced?

        Yes, the system deducts the inventory once the customer is been invoiced. This can be checked by going to the Invoice, click on the information icon of the product that has been sold, as shown in the image below.

FR27 - Can the system generate a pick ticket to segregate orders?

        Yes, the system generates pick ticket, to the Sales Orders that has been created, as shown below.

FR28 - Can the system generate a packing list for the customer to sign when they receive their order?

        The System Does generate a packing list for the customer to sign once they receive the order.

FR31 - Does the system allow you to control the delivery stops and loading of the trucks?

        Yes, the System has a Delivery Module, where the Delivery of products can be scheduled and the orders can be assigned to the delivery trucks, also assign the truck drivers and can also control the stops based on which order should be delivered first or last.

FR33 - Can the system deduct automatically the available inventory the moment the item it's ordered?

        No, The available inventory does not decrease at time of the order, but it shows the status as ONSO (On Sale Order). It will be deducted from the inventory as soon as the Sale Order is converted into an invoice.

FR39 - Does the system have built in security with regards pick ticket deletions?

        Yes, the system provides a security as to which User has the permission to delete the pick ticket or any other access to the system.

FR40 - Does the system have access levels by module and inside the module for specific fields?

        Yes, the system does have access level of the Users where he/she can be given access to the almost everything related to the system and also the Modules, Sub Module in the system, by giving permissions to have access or be restricted to those access. We can also segregate the Users to different User Groups, as shown the images below where the permissions can be set accordingly.

FR43. Does the system have audit track in every module?

        
        Yes, The System keeps a track of any change done in every module and of every transaction. This is visible under the option View Log, which shows which User has has made any updates or entered anything in the system and when he had done it.

FR44 -  Does the system have mobile printing?

        Yes, If the User logins into the website in mobile with the given credentials and also printers are configured in mobile then you the User is able to remove printouts through the mobile.

FR45. Does the system have any type of truck scheduling and dispatching?

        Yes, the system does have the option to truck scheduling and dispatching and shows on which date/day the delivery is scheduled for and the delivery stops are also scheduled as to which would be the first stop and which would be the last stop of delivery for that day, as shown below.

FR46. Will the system restrict an order from going out if there is money due?

        Yes, the system does restrict an Order from going out if the customer still has money that is due to the Company. Once the payment is done, then the created order can be progressed.
