1.5 FG Inventory


FR47 - Can the system allow you to have an automatic interface with photo software like slabsmith?

        Yes, The system can be configured in a way where we can to connect to Slabsmith and pull out all the details regarding the slab information i.e., the name of the product, length, width etc., and also the photo that is shown for the product from Slabsmith and displays it, when the Slab information icon is clicked in SPS as shown in the image below.

FR48 -  Does the system allow you to print the vendor code in the label, block number (slab), serial number for each slab or crate, item description, SKU number, barcode, slab size and category of material?

        Yes, The system can be configured in a way where the block number (slab), serial number for each slab or crate, item description, SKU number, barcode, slab size and category of material can be added to vendor code in the label and shows when the code is being printed out, as shown in the image below.

FR50 -  Does the system allow you to make cost adjustments of the received materials? (e.g. broken material, different grade and the impact on the rest of the inventory)

           Yes, the system allows to make the cost adjustment, it can be done by doing Inventory Revaluation, as shown in the images below.

FR52 - Does the system allow you to do a bin change with a scanner?

        Yes, the system allows you to do a bin change with a scanner. The steps are as below.

FR55 - Does the system allow you to reclassify (changing the SKU but keeping the history of the serialized crate or slab) and consolidate different SKUs?

        Yes , the system does allow you to reclassify the products, by going to the Inventory Reclassification, as shown below.

FR56 - Does the system allow you to select inventory and put in the centralized location (cart) to be used for a transfer, on hold, inventory movements, inventory adjustments or sales order?

        Yes, the system does allow you to select an inventory and put in the cart, and can be used to transfer, to put on hold, etc.

FR58 - Does the system allow you to look at the combined inventory of the different warehouses, in a logistic appropriate area, when placing an order?

        The system shows all the inventory from different warehouses and can also place the orders or transfers from that page as shown below.




        We can also see the all the Inventory from different warehouse location at the time of adding the items to the created Sale Order, as shown in the image below.

FR59 - Will the system let you know when you need to do a transfer from that warehouse to fulfill and order?

         Yes, We can see about the orders that need to be transferred, under the option "To be Transferred" as shown in the image below.

FR62 - Will the system allow you to do writeoffs?

        Yes, the system does allow you to write-off inventory. This can be done by going to Inventory Adjustment and selecting the write-off option.

        Yes, the system does allow to do positive adjustment, by going to the inventory adjustment and select positive adjustment option.

FR64 - Will the system allow you to merge two different serial numbers into one?

        Yes, the system allows to merge two inventories with different serial numbers into one. Which can be done under the Inventory Adjustment option.

        Yes, the system allows the User to update the slab sizes, it can be done when the items that you want to resize are in the cart.
