FR18 - Transfer. Can the system link the customer order to a transfer request?

        Yes, the system link the customer order to a transfer request.
For example: If a Sale Order consists of three product lines, ie., product A, B and C.
>> Product A is in the current location and Product B & C are is two differenct locations.
>> You can create two transfer orders i.e., Transfer Order 123 for Product B and Transfer Order 456 for Product C and the Sale Order can be linked to these Transfer Orders.
>>While both the Products are on transfer, you can also continue with the shipping of Product A to the customer.

FR19 - Transfer. Can the system unify lots from a customer order from different locations?

        Yes, if the product A is partially distributed over Location #1 -1000SF and Location #2 - 500SF
>> Then sale order for location #1 can be created with the product 1500SF of inventory of both locations.
>> Pick Ticket #1 will be generated for the inventory for location #1 and pick ticket #2 will be generated for Location #2
>> Inventory in location#2 will be shown in "to be transferred" , The inventory in the Location #1 can be invoiced and the inventory in location#2 can be invoiced once transferred.

Other wise,
>> product A can be shipped from location 1 of pick ticket #1 to customer location, and also similarly for the location#2 inventory of pick ticket#2 to customer location.

FR20 - Can the system assign the customer orders to the proper warehouse area based on where it will be prepared for shipment?

        Yes, the system can show the Bin location where the products are kept, in the warehouse area, from where the product will be shipped to the customer and this location will be seen on the customer's order.
>> The Pick Ticket print out shows Product Name, Quantity, Bin Location of each of the Product.
>> The picker can consolidate all the product quantities from various bin locations and make it ready for shipment.

FR21 - Can the system sort the orders based on the location of the product?

        Yes, the system can sort out the Orders based on the location of the product, when the report is pulled out.
>> Our system is featured in such a way where the report of Orders can also be sorted out, based on Orders that is/has been assigned to a particular Sales Rep of a location.
>> Therefore the Sale Rep will access to view his orders that are under him.

FR22 - Can the system have total (tracking number and processing) integration with UPS, FEDEX and USPS software?

        We have APIs in place that need to be configured to the chosen Shipping Providers. We can also configure business rules before the API Calls are made based on parameters such as, Weight of the order or Material Type. For E.g. Slab orders are treated differently than tile orders and Tool orders.

FR23 - Can the system assign the carrier based on a series of parameters like delivery date and its cost?

Yes This configuration is possible with a set of business rules with limitations of cost and delivery date

FR24 - Can the system deduct automatically the inventory the moment it is invoiced?

Yes, the system deducts the inventory once the sale order is invoiced.
>> While Inventory is in the Sale order, it shows the status as ONSO.
>> Once the Sale Order is converted into Pick TIcket/Packing List the Inventory Status will change into PICK/PACK.
>> And when its is converted into Invoice inventory will be considered as sold, releaved from inventory and stop showing on the inventory searches for sale.

FR25 - Can the system generate the Bill of Lading?

BOL is a standard functionality from SPS. You can modify the format of the BOL based on Statutary requirements or Design Requirements

FR26 - Can the system classify a shipment as WIP / Refinishing (Work in Progress)?

The system has a Fabrication module and if an order is sent through the Manufacturing Process Flow in cases such as Refinishing , Resurfacing etc., it can be setup to go into WIP.

FR27 - Can the system generate a pick ticket to segregate orders?

Yes, the system generates partial pick tickets from a Sales Order.
Fulfilling the pick ticket can be done from mobile device using an e-pick ticket.

FR28 - Can the system generate a packing list for the customer to sign when they receive their order?

The System Does generate a packing list for the customer to sign once they receive the order.

FR29 - Can the system generate a e-packing list that once the client signs off in a mobile device it will automatically update the ERP? With the ability to take a picture of both the location and the product and upload it.

        Yes, Once the client signs off from his mobile device it automatically updates the ERP.
There is an ability to take the pictures and upload into the system upon the order fulfillment.

FR30 - Does the system allow you to load a packing list into a manifest?

    Manifests are called Loading Worksheets in SPS. Multiple Packing lists can be added to a Loading worksheet based on Geo-code location, Route planning or Truck Capacity Limitations. Then loading work sheets are then assigned to the truck.

FR31 - Does the system allow you to control the delivery stops and loading of the trucks?

Yes, the System has a Delivery Module, where the Delivery of products can be scheduled and the orders can be assigned to the delivery trucks, also assign the truck drivers and can also control the stops based on which order should be delivered first or last.
Loading of worksheets are loaded into the truck as in LIFO(Last In First Out).

FR32 - Does the system allow you to indicate packing list delivered to invoice and reduce inventory?

    Yes, Once the material has been delivered to the customer, the User can convert the Packing List into an Invoice. Once it is converted into Invoice the inventory will be reduced from the system.
We can pull out reports which shows what materials have been delivered, and from that report you can convert all the delivered packing list into invoice as a invoice.

FR33 - Can the system deduct automatically the available inventory the moment the item it's ordered?

No, The available inventory does not decrease at the time of the order, but it does show the status as ONSO (On Sale Order).
>> The on hand inventory will be decreased and will not be allowed to allocated to another transaction.

FR34 - Does the system have wireless warehouse capabilities for both tiles and slabs? Please explain in the observation field.

Yes, System has wireless warehouse capabilities like, a User can Process the Pick Tickets, Loading Woksheets, Transfer Pick Tickets , Update Bin and Physical Count etc.,

FR35 - Does the system have a WMS for production and management metrics?

Yes

FR36 - Does the system allow you to have LTL integration to link pro numbers to the sales order?

Yes, we have tracking # which is a text field and a shipper drop-down to select the shipper when you create a sale order,
A URL will be generated to the shipper website. On clicking on the URL tracking details can be seen.

FR37 - Does the system allow you to calculate shipping costs based on product weight?

Once we gather all the business rules for understanding the Calcuation Criteria for Shipping Costs,we will configure Lookup tables for weight bands for cost calculations. Also Understand any margin rules on shipping charges and then Charges are applied to the Sales Orders

FR38 - Does the system allow you to obtain freight rates from sales orders?

We can obtain the freight rates from fedex or UPS and show in sales order.
Or else if you already have a predefined lookup for freight rates, then we can also load them in the system and show in sales order

FR39 - Does the system have built in security with regards pick ticket deletions?

Yes, the system provides a security as to which User has the permission to delete the pick ticket or any other access to the system.

FR40 - Does the system have access levels by module and inside the module for specific fields?

Yes, the system does have access level for the Users where he/she can be given access to almost everything related to the system and also the Modules, Sub Module in the system, by giving permissions to the User to have access or to be restricted to those access. We can also segregate the Users to different User Groups. where the permissions can be set accordingly.

FR41 - Does the system allow you to customize forms?

User can go the system settings and can define his own forms with different fields like text-box, text-area, drop-down, check box, radio buttons etc.,
Or else if you give us the forms then we can build it for you.

FR42 - Does the system allow you to do a document recall?

The System has VOID feature for Invoices, Checks and Sales Order so that there is a clear Audit Trail for Documents that are Voided/Recalled.

FR43 - Does the system have audit track in every module?

Yes, The System keeps a track of any change done in every module and of every transaction. This is visible under the option View Log, which shows which User has made any updates or entered anything in the system and when he had done it.

FR44 - Does the system have mobile printing?

Yes, If any printing device is configured in the mobile. You will be able to take out any printout required. As long as the mobile is compatible to the printing device you are able to printout anything, it is not limited to SPS.

FR45 - Does the system have any type of truck scheduling and dispatching?

Yes, the system does have the option to truck scheduling and dispatching and also shows on which date/day the delivery is scheduled for, and the delivery stops can also scheduled, as to which would be the first stop and which would be the last stop of delivery for that day.

FR46 - Will the system restrict an order from going out if there is money due?

Yes, we have a option called past due lock. if the payments were pending and the credit limit has not been met. the pick ticket can't be generated and printing a pick ticket will also be restricted.
